Due to the size, weight, transportation requirements, and customized nature of our container homes and modular buildings, all sales are final.
Once an order is confirmed, production begins, or goods have been shipped, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations cannot be accepted.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications, dimensions, configurations, materials, and local building requirements before placing an order.
If transportation damage occurs, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs and documentation.
Claims related to shipping damage will be handled according to the applicable cargo insurance policy.
