Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation and final quality inspection.

2. Shipping Method: Products are shipped by sea freight (container shipping) or land transportation depending on destination. Air freight is not available.

3. Estimated Delivery Time:

- EXW: Buyer arranges transportation.

- FOB / CIF: 10–65 days depending on destination and transport route.

4. Customs Clearance:

Export customs clearance is handled by the seller. Import customs clearance, taxes, and inland transport are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Tracking: Shipping documents and tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
